Seconda Domenica di Pasqua o della Divina Misericordia

La fede che immerge lo sguardo nel buio arriverà alla visione e alla salvezza.

Anzi, fin d'ora coloro che credono sono come appagati, perché Cristo risuscitato e la roccia su cui riposa la loro vita.

Nutrito dalla carne e dal sangue di Gesù, il credente entra in comunione indicibile con il Signore risorto.

Terza Domenica di Pasqua

Solo il cuore umile e contrito si mette nella disposizione per gustare la gioia ineffabile che viene da Dio. Chi infatti combatte secondo le regole, gode per la visita dei Paraclito e assapora la quiete spirituale. Egli si effonde in azioni di grazie per i doni divini ed è invaso dalla gioia spirituale.
Quando Gesù e con noi, tutto va bene. L'inabitazione delle tre Persone divine nell'anima procura il gaudio pieno che nessuno può rapire.

Quinta Domenica di Pasqua

La nostalgia di Dio, così come la sua presenza e la sua assenza, allenano l'anima alla carità perfetta. Il mistero pasquale - morte per una risurrezione e l'itinerario del credente, mentre il cuore e il labbro senza posa chiedono al Padre lo Spirito nel nome di Gesù, per giungere alla verità tutta intera del disegno divino.

Ascensione del Signore

Cristo si è fatto Figlio dell'uomo, perché noi fossimo figli di Dio, e ci ha lasciato il comandamento dell'amore, perché lo seguissimo nel salire al Padre. In questa nostra ascesa si alternano lotta e riposo. ma ci e sempre possibile trovare il Padre nel cielo dell'anima.

Easter Sunday

Alleluia!

With your cross you have overcome death,

You have opened heaven to the thief,

You have changed into joy the lament of the myrrh-bearers,

You have ordered your apostles to announce that you have arisen,

Oh Christ God, to lavish on the whole world your great mercy.

so that a vivid fervour might be renewed from our heart

to award us the enlightening experience

of having also participated in the Resurrection of Christ.

Second Sunday of Easter or

Sunday of Divine Mercy

That faith which sinks down one’s glance in darkness arrives at vision and salvation. Rather, from now on those who believe have been gratified, because the Risen Christ is the rock on which their lives rest.

Nourished with the Body and Blood of Jesus, the faithfil enters in unspeakable communion with the Risen Christ.

Third Sunday of Easter

It is only a humble and contrite heart that can make itself available to taste the unspeakable joy which comes from God. Whoever actually combats according to the rules, will partake in the joy of the visit of the Paraclete and taste spiritual quietude. He will effuse actions of grace for the divine gifts he has received and is himself invaded with spiritual joy.

When Jesus is with us, all goes well. The dwelling of the three divine Persons in the soul will obtain the full joy which no one can steal away.

Fourth Sunday of Easter

The Good Shepherd has made himself a sheep so that he might unite us with him; rather he has become our food and drink and indeed died for us, to give us the gift of eternal salvation.

From whoever grazes the flock after him, a different kind of zeal is required, which may be summarized in being an icon of the Good Shepherd. The Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit: there lies our eternal sheepfold.

Fifth Sunday of Easter

The yearning for God, in the same manner as His presence and His absence, train the soul to practise perfect charity. The Paschal mystery, which is death to achieve resurrection, is the way for the believer, while the heart and the lips unceasingly ask the Father to send the Spirit in the name of Jesus, to grasp the whole truth of the divine plan.

Jesus Ascends into Heaven

Christ has become Son of man, that we might become sons of God, and he has left us the commandment of love, so that we might follow him in going up to the Father. In this ascent of ours, struggle and repose give way to each other. Yet it is always possible for us to find the Father in the heaven of the soul.

Sixth Sunday of Easter

Faith makes us hope and live the real being of the Spirit, probably even in our feelings; on His part, the Holy Spirit gives us the gift of knowing faith. The believer, who is engaged in a persevering work to vanquish egoism, opens himself to the seven gifts and to the transforming action of the Spirit. Thus, little by little, spiritual life becomes a feast never to be interrupted.

Pentecost Sunday

Regenerate yourself through the Spirit, free yourself from the slavery of unruly inclinations, let us grow under His power, towards a beatitude which seizes the whole man, body and soul. There, in the embrace of the Spirit of Love we meet Father and Son.

Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity

The Word reveals the mystery of the Father to the pure of heart. This presence of the Three within the depth of our soul is a fount of inexpressible and infinite joy, in solitude. The life of the Trinity is also a model of common life.
